You are beginning to see yourself as being here during this time on Earth to demonstrate how humans can love, how they can heal, how they can recover, how they can dream beyond all perceived limitations, and how they can come to experience peace even after great struggle. The Love Experiement is currently undergoing its own transformation as I've been guided to include new information that keeps coming through my experience on Love and soulmates specifically. So I thank you for your patience as I do my best to keep up with the changes within my own knowing so that I can produce a book that holds as much truth as possible.

** By the way, if your own projects, aspirations, plans and creative ventures are being put on hold, hang in there. There's always a reason for it. Some of our higher lessons involve experiential exercises in faith, trust, patience, and temperance as we are molded into being the best that we can be.

If we are good and we still have challenges, that means God needs us to be great. If we are great and still hit walls, get derailed or have frustrations, that means God is molding us to become Masters. I am sure you are all saying to yourselves, "Yes I guess I am supposed to be a Master, then!" I smile with you on that!

It's a comfort to know that we are all friends here, connected by a network of light that keeps us stronger than we once were.

How to Pull the Plug On Energy Drainers

I decided to re-circulate these brief tips I wrote a few years ago because it is so very vital to guard your life force. Most likely, you have already pulled the plug on the energy drainers in your life and perhaps you are in the process of releasing some more...May these tips support you & reinforce your positive efforts to build back up from where you've found yourself drained!

TIP 1) PURSUE YOUR PASSION
Anything that keeps you from your passion, your zest for life, steals your life force. In the absence of this life force, your passion for life itself dwindles, your senses deaden, and weeds of habit sprout. Be wary of anything that keeps you from feeling and pursuing your passion!

TIP 2) STOP ENERGY LEAKS
Track your energy, about once a week, asking yourself the following questions…
*  "Am I spending time with people who drain my energy, my self-confidence, or my personal power?"
*  "Am I taking part in activities that get me into trouble, weaken my faith or turn my thoughts downward?"
*  "Can I look around my house and easily spot energy drainers like clutter, unfinished projects, broken things, or unpaid bills?"
Your answers to these questions are not to be judged. After all, everybody has an energy leak in life. The idea is to recognize it so that you can begin to do someting about it. As you begin to take control of the leaks in your life, your power builds, your creativity returns, and your ability to live without being drained elevates.

3) COME TO YOUR "SENSES"
Whether you realize it or not, you are subconsciously affected by the subtle things in your environment – what you see, hear, taste, smell and touch. Surrounding yourself with things that please your senses REALLY helps keep your nervous system healthy. In short, being good to your senses is a GREAT energy boost.

It takes courage to do what it takes to get your life force back in gear when you are too drained of energy to do much of ANYTHING. But you can do it -- if you have read this far, you definitiely have the courage it takes to get back to your passion, stop energy leaks, and live a life that speaks wonders to your senses. That's how you pull the plug on energy drainers!
