What Does A Coach for Highly Sensitive People Do?
Having a firm belief in the power and potential of the empathy, creativity and spiritual intelligence that is inside the most sensitive of humans, intuitive coaching for highly senstive people will address the emotional, physical and spiritual components of daily life so that the client can recognize the pathways that are available and waiting to reach the potential each highly sensitive person feels and knows so strongly is inside of them. A coach for highly sensitive people knows what it feels like to live with the trait of high sensitivity so that those feelings and experiences can be validated and understood.
Your session can be anything from practical coaching to some intuitive work to identify and clear anything unwanted. It is up to you how much intuitive work is done within your session, as it depends on the comfort level of each individual. You can prepare some specific questions if you feel there are things you know you will want answers on or you can elect to allow the session to just unfold organically.
